Recent sketches, older music

I had done these sketches within the last couple of weeks. For the music I went back to the earlist Cubase file I could find, in this case from 2009, and I opened it with Cubase 14 Pro, the latest iteration as I write. Apart from an old reverb insert (called Pantheon), it loaded up fine. It was just me on vocals and an acoustic guitar. I improved the vocal somewhat but decided to spare the world my singing and lyrics for the time being. I put guitar rig 7 on the acoustic. I also finsally figured out...duh... how to load all my Samples from Mars kits into Kontakt 8 so I loaded up a 606 whch had been my first drum machine and recorded a kick and snare. I used the strange 7/4 riff from a previous blog and replicated that on the track. learned a couple of new things today which is part of this blog and 'showing my work' journey.
